    Room was great! Arrival and parking were well organized.

    At 1:00 a.m., the front desk calls the room and wants to clarify an order that we have not made. The sleep was gone.. Not possible at all! In addition: the area around the hotel is very loud.

    This hotel suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, a luxurious spa, and a wonderful bar area. I still remember the staff bringing me a bottle of water at night. The team is always amazing and thoughtful, just like Nora. I'm coming back for Christmas.

    The hotel facilities are great as a 5 stars hotel.

    I stayed more than 4 times in this hotel, the hotel and staff attitude differ according to the season, if it is a low season they are very nice, if it is a high season they don't care if the guest is satisfied or not, specially if they have alot of vip guests. The hotel adminstration every time I stayed there I feel the are become more and more money oriented and less caring about the guest stisfaction or value for money, specially duing the high season.

    During my recent business stay, I found the service at Westin to exceed my expectations. The modern amenities provided in my Grand Beautiful Contemporary Double Room were excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center and a complimentary mini bar with a nice way to unwind after a long day of meetings. The staff was attentive.

    I experienced a delay during check-in.

    The rooms & facilities at the hotel are excellent - especially the gym - it has state of the art equipment - & it's very stylish. The Westin were kind enough to upgrade us without prompting. The staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - even the location was perfect for us. Thank you

    Central location, friendly staff!

    The hotel is in a great spot, super close to the train station and easy to get to Milan's main attractions. Staff were super chill and gave us room upgrades, awesome. Food was tasty in the bar area, but rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up.

    Over 10 minutes to check in, very slow (others complained also). What I did not like really, is that they chraged immediatley (upon reservation) the room on my carte. I usually prefere to pay cash.

    The Westin Palace is an amazing hotel and would HIGHLY recommend staying here. From the gorgeous entrance lobby to the really kind and friendly staff (who can all speak English! WELL) "The Lounge" Bar is fabulous and the appertizers that come out with your drink order are a really nice touch. The room we stayed in, the Double Grand Delux was amazing, the bed was SO comfortable and big!! We had a dressing area a lovely bathroom and a view of the Duomo from our hotel window!!! The room was cleaned daily, with towels changed daily too! There is nothing that I could fault with the hotel, it really was an amazing experience!

    There is nothing that we did not like about the hotel!
